Your broker may charge you an additional fee for securing financing. Those fees usually range from 2 to 4 additional points. We collect these fees at the time of closing and your broker will be compensated at that time.

Working directly with London Financial Capital LLC. may save you between one to five points per transaction, depending on your situation. We charge no up front fees. Points and prepaid interest are collected at close. |
